David Snyder has litigated real estate matters including eminent domain cases since 1988.  David is co-chair of Fox Rothschild’s Condemnation Group which has a national practice and handles more large eminent domain matters than any other firm in the Mid-Atlantic region.  David and the Condemnation Group represent condemnees and condemnors which is invaluable in representing all of our condemnation clients.  David also has represented clients in a variety of other types of real estate matters including cases relating to the sale of property, real estate valuation matters and those involving real estate professionals such as appraisers and brokers.

David has lectured on real estate and eminent domain-related issues nationally. His comments have been published in national media outlets including:

Additionally, David is a co-author of the annual supplements to the Pennsylvania treatise on condemnation law, Snitzer on Eminent Domain Law and has written articles for several publications including those for the Appraisal Institute, the Mortgage Bankers Association, the National Association of Home Builders, the Pennsylvania League of Cities and Municipalities, and the Pennsylvania Planning Association.

David has leadership roles within the firm including serving as the firm-wide administrator of the Litigation Department and as an At Large Member of the firm's Executive Committee. He is a member of the bars of Pennsylvania and New Jersey and is admitted to practice in a number of Federal Courts including the United States Supreme Court.  He is also a member of the Appraisal Institute.
